On March 8, 2013 I returned PU Housetraining Wrappers for smaller dog, l box, also Prove It Shaker Bag K and Tote. I asked for credit.
Had tried one wrapper from the other box and this product was not what I needed. I requested a refund and to date have heard nothing from your company. It doesn't take 100 words to ask for a refund . I feel I have waited long enough to hear from your company.
Sure wouldn't recomment you to anyone if you can't take care of your customers and their complaints.
I ordered your product, tried one part and returned the rest along with order sheet and explanation. What more do you want from me before you will credit my account or send me a check.
