I used the UrineOut powder and UrineRelease Pre-spray to clean dog urine odor from hardwood, carpet and tile floors according to the instructions. The odor was improved but not resolved.

Since there were no warnings on the labels, I did not associate some shortness of breath and coughing with the powder. Therefore, I did another application a week later and the odor persisted. My symptoms increased and I went to an allergy clinic who sent me to the ER from which I was admitted to the Hospital for 5 days for respiratory distress. It was they who identified the probable source of the breathing difficulties as your products.

I am told it will be several weeks before my lungs are completely healed. I am not seeking monetary compensation for my medical expenses since I have good insurance, but I do ask for a complete reimbursement of my costs to purchase the products. I was not able to return the products within the 30 days because I was in the hospital when I would have had to mail the products back and that was the furthest thing from my mind. I am asking for your consideration in issuing the refund because they did not work as promised and due to my reaction, I was not able to repeat the treatment.

My email of 10/31/2017 stating these circumstances has not been answered nor have I received the refund. If you think I will forget about this, you are badly mistaken. I was successful in getting a car dealership to take a car back. I never give up.

If I do not receive the refund by 12/11/20187, my next recourse is to write to other review sources and Facebook to share my experience. I would much prefer an amicable resolution. My costs for order numbers 17092**** and 17101**** is a total of $244.08.

We truly apologize that our replies your email of 10/31/2017 were not received by you before you wrote your complaint, and we are glad that you finally found it in your Spam Filter, per your explanation. We're showing that we sent you three emails in November 2017 with Return Instructions, letting you know that we would honor your refund, regardless of when you purchased them. Since those emails from us fell into your Spam filter, prompting your frustration that we would not refund your products, it is understandable that were upset.

However, we do show that we replied multiple times to your email requests. We do note that in your first two emails to us requesting a refund, there was no mention, at all, of any respiratory problems.

Understanding how frustrated that you were, thinking that we were not going to accept your returned products for a refund, we can see why you decided to "bring our your big-guns" to get your money back at all costs. You really are a formidable force to be at odds with, as the Car Dealership also experienced.

Please accept our most sincere apologies for any communication problems you've had with us. We are truly very sorry.

We would like to add; In defense of the UrineOut Powder and Pre-Spray, that all of our Staff members have been personally using and selling these products for over 25 years now. We have 10's of thousand of repeat customers, world-wide, that use and swear by the UrineOut Powder and Pre-Spray. We have never, ever, ever had any other customer contact us with problem, as such, while using the products.

In fact, many of our customers are the children and grand-children of customers that have been using the products for 25+ years now. If addition, we've had customers who are bird owners email us and comment on how much they love the products, with no adverse affect to their birds (which are highly susceptible to airborne allergies). We can only conclude that this is not a problem for others, nor has it ever been. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction as we are a small family run business hiring and employing local members of our community to help run our business.

We and our employees all need, depend and rely upon your business. We fail at times, we make mistakes, but we do work to get better and learn from our errors. After strong encouragement, Planeturine has refunded my money for both orders, minus about $30 in their shipping fees. I appreciate this but wish it could have happened without my having to threaten them with public exposure, and in fact, posting it here and on Facebook.

Planeturine has responded to my email but they are only willing to refund the second order because they did not receive the first order products within the required 30 days. As stated in my review, I was in the hospital as a result of the products when I would have had to mail them back.

Apparently, they have no concern for their customers or compassion for them. I have now posted my review on Facebook and will continue to post on other review sites!
