I've used their urine removal and stain removal products on my carpet and like it very much it's usually from accidents from dogs and cats, and it seems to do a superb job. The only problem is they don't send you enough of the planet urine number one that is the pre-stain liquid, but overall I would highly recommend this product. It does take more than one application sometimes, but it seems to really do a good job at removing it.

I have purchased the urine out large area kit. I have two cats and 2 dogs.

My dogs have accidents sometimes and the system works well. My bedroom floor is dark from cats. It takes a process and several tries. But it is coming out.

I have one issue, the kit I bought does not give you enough step I or the powder.

Therefore I have bought more. Overall it works really well, it just takes time to get it all out if it is bad.

I wish I had taken before and after pictures. I was skeptical because Ive tried so many pet stain removers and carpet cleaning and vinegar and baking soda and always the spots and stains remain or return.

My sons carpet in particular was targeted by our dog.

There were several large spots that I could not control and covered with a rug. After one treatment with the destroyer spray and powder they are 90-95% gone. I was so excited and surprised how well it worked.

I feel so relieved that I have an actual solution for when these things happen. One more treatment and I believe the carpet will be back!

My 77-year old husband ordered a product from Planet Urine World Headquarters, to clean hard wood floors that have been sprayed by an 8/9 year old male cat. He googled hardwood floor cleaner for cat urine and got this resource that boasts 100 percent satisfaction guaranteed.

What he ended up with from Planet Urine was a $100 worth of useless goods packed in a 11-pound box of products designed to cover the smells of puppies and kittens that are not house trained. Urine flashlight detectors and carpet cleaner (we have no carpet) and a three or four step process greeted us from inside the box. It was about a hundred dollars. That is a guess, as the box contained NO RECEIPT, no customer service phone number. Truly, my husband is a conspirator in being baffled by an internet company.

After Googling their customer service phone number within 36 I learned from Daniella that she would have to email this to supervisors who would decide if it warranted a return. It appears we may not qualify, but she would forward to superiors. She said she took notes but the right people would decide if we had a case, and then they might email us.

She suggested other convenient ways to contact them, which were not convenient and a run around, naturally.

I have received NO EMAIL in four days. It is probably not odd that the "free shipping" did not happen, the 100 percent guaranteed if returned in 30 days is still under mystery advisement as we wait to hear a verdict. This verdict is often not rendered in time for a refund, even with so many back and forth calls and messages, that the credit card company, if approached by the consumer, can not help because the expiration date for such has occurred, AKA, the *** has met its timeline.

As a retired consumer reporter, I am unhappy my husband feels for this, but he did.

When I put this in their email box, I get a this site cannot be reached.

I have tried many pet stain removal products. None really worked until planet urine.

I have carpet and the removal powder product does work. The smell is gone and none of my pets have returned to the problem area.

I've only had experience with dog urine on rugs. Whether it is a recent or an older stain, completely removes the stain.

I want to add that with older stains, you may need to repeat the process once or twice to completely remove the stain.

I've tried a few home made suggestions, &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; one or two other advertised products, but this is the only one that worked. I have not had experience with any of the other products.

I’ve used Planet Urine products for at least 10years. Used on a room that my dog used for a toilet while we were on vacation.

Really soaked in! I had used steam cleaner first. Big mistake. Urine pre-release and powder got it out!

smell and all. I followed instructions and had to let dry and reapply a couple of spots that were soaked but got it all out. I continue to use for my two other dogs as well.

I use it for vomit, blood as well as accidents. IT WORKS!!

We have hardwood floors and I'm just a little skeptical about applying this product and what the results will be?? Our little mutts have caused the floor to look washed out and I'm not certain I will be able to tell what my results will be.

I would assume that the floor will not regain its luster after using this product.

What I have determined is that as a pet owner, I fail more often than not at meeting my dogs voiding needs. If I'm diligent, we're usually good.

If I'm not, then I'm usually cleaning a mess. I can't lay that on any cleaning product company. I started with a huge mess. I followed PU instructions from subfloor to surface and have decreased my pets accidents by 98%.

The other times are on me. They do however seem to visit the same place but I haven't determined if it's out of convenience or ingrained nature to mark territory. I lean towards the former. In any case, I use all four of the products as prescribed and couldn't be happier with how my laminate floors look and smell.

Unfortunately, I guess I'll never get the little critters to the door every time, but now I have a product that takes care of the stain and odor issues. I recommend the products. Follow the directions and you'll notice big improvements. My dogs?

Yorkies, one of the hardest to house train. The price could be a little easier on the budget but overall I'm happy with what I'm using.

Our chihuahua is a stealth pee-er. He has about 6 spots in our house that he frequently pees on.

THE URINE OUT PRE SPRAY AND URINE OUT POWDER REMOVES THE STAIN AND MAKES IT SMELL GOOD ENOUGH TO LIE DOWN ON AGAIN. I WISH IT CAME IN A CARPET CLEANER SOLUTION BECAUSE THE 14 YEAR OLD FORGETS SHE ALREADY WENT AND HAS BEEN MAKING DAILY SQUIRTS AS SHE COMES BACK INSIDE.

NOW, THE 15 YEAR OLD CAT AND 6 MONTH KITTEN,THINK IT SMELLS AND WANT TO ADD THEIR SMELLS TO IT! THE SMELLS NO MORE IS PRICELESS AND IS USED ALL OVER THE HOUSE. I WISH I COULD SEE EXACTLY WHO ALL ARE USING THE CARPET AND RUGS AND TOWELS FOR THEIR BATHROOM! i DON'T UNDERSTAND THE SHAKER POUCH, THOUGH.

THE SIFTER IS GREAT, BUT I GUESS IT ONLY COMES WITH LARGER PACKAGES.

I AM NOT SURE WHAT TO USE ON THE TILE AND GROUT. WE WALSO HAVE LAMINATE IN 2 BEDROOMS AND SOMEONE HAS BEEN LEAVING THEIR MARK IN THERE, TOO.
